These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VaultKeeper, including the iOS app and related web services (the "Service"), operated by Sinkoff LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

VaultKeeper is a tool for tracking your own personal finances. The data you enter or import is yours; we don't sell it, use it for advertising, or train machine-learning models on it. Our handling of your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You can export your transactions to CSV or delete your account at any time from inside the app.

If you connect a bank account or use AI chat, you authorize us to communicate with the relevant third-party services on your behalf. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; your relationship with them is governed by their terms in addition to ours. Disconnect at any time from the relevant settings inside the app.

6. No financial advice

VaultKeeper is a record-keeping and visualization tool. Nothing in the app, including any AI-generated answers, constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. For decisions that require professional judgment, consult a qualified professional. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any data displayed in the app, including data imported from third parties.

7. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes that affect paying subscribers will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk. On termination we delete your data per our retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sinkoff LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a right to bring action in your local jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the Effective Date at the top and notify users in-app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
